Please use the sticky address label from the front of your returns note when you send the item back to us. If you haven't got this anymore, you can print a new one off by clicking here. When you have sent it, complete the attached form and fax (or scan and email) it along with the postage receipt to +44 1442 835 850. We will then refund your postage costs. Fill in the section on the back of your delivery note to say the item is faulty, and then put the note in your parcel when you send it back. Please return the parcel back to us within 28 days.
