Девочки, на мое письмо о том что посылку отправили не в ту страну ВС мне ответила так:

We would be pleased to issue a replacement package for the missing merchandise. Unfortunately, five items are no longer available. Therefore, we have not requested a replacement or credit of the merchandise at this time. The five items we are unable to reship are:
