Возврат в америке посредник отправлял 18 декабря, 24 вика его получила, и вот больше месяца о нем не было ни слуху ни духу! И вот я с помощью Puffin, спасибо ей большое, написала письмо, и О БОГИ! я не получила стандартную отписку, они действительно начали шевелиться! Насколько я поняла, денежку мне вернут. Правда дополнительного ордера на возврат в аккаунте еще не появилось. Может спят)
Вот прилагаю переписку!
Что написала им я:
