девочки меня одну игнорят VS или еще кого то тоже..Пишу им мол когда деньги то вернете, а в ответ тишина,я им второе письмо,они пишут к сожалению не поймем что вы хотите,я им опять письмо,на этот раз расписала,разложила все по полочкам за что прошу деньги обратно, и опять тишина....Написала второй раз, тоже тишина,раньше приходило автоматическое письмо,а здесь вообще тишина...и денег нет на карточке..правда вчера только прислали что мой обмен получили. Многие девочки пишут что процесс занимает от 3 до 5 дней..

dinozavreg, да, ващей куртки больше нет в наличии. Они спрашивают, хотите ли вы что-то заказать на эту сумму или вернуть им брак для получения возмешения (стоимости вещи). Также пишут, чтоб брак нужно выслать назад и они оплатят расходы. Так как куртка весит больше 500 гр, то отправить ее можно только ЮПСом. Напишите им в ответ ном письме расценки ЮПСа, ну и соответсвенно хотите ли вы что-то заказать или чтобы вам деньги вернули (про многоуровневую не стоит забывать, если она была, то снизят скидку и вернут с ее вычетом). Можно надеяться, что не пропросят отправлять назад, так как это очень дорого выходит.
Lela, насколько я вижу, они не просят вас вернуть вещь. Но ваше желание это сделать достойно восхищения. К сожалению не думаю что возможно отправить за границу за счет получателя. Тем паче куртка наверняка весит больше 500 грамм и отправить ее элементарно не удастся.

Ох, мне не жалко 300 рублей, просто терпеть не могу все эти присутственные места вроде Почты России

Решила все таки написать им еще раз по поводу неправильных цветов. Вот что они ответили. Девочки помогите пожалуйста перевести... не могу понять

Я все не могу поверить. На этой же этикетке вся информация: модель, размер и т.п. Им достаточно пакета от вещи что ли?
Попробую обменять, чем ч... не шутит.

Удивлена, честно. Мне все купы с этикетками приходили, как положено. А как вы размер-то идентифицируете? Верите тому, что на упаковке написано?

Вот это да.. ради интереса зашла на сайт usps проверить трэк, раньше никогда не получалось, сейчас выдал, что мой обмен доставлен 23-го мая! Ничего VS резинщики.

Татьяна, скажите, а вы разобрались с обменом? тоже предстоит,заказала купальник ЮПСом, потом поняла, что на размер меньше надо было братьДевочки, хелп!
Мои обмены доехали до ВС и уже в аккаунте висят "ин процесс", вещи обменные все в наличии, обмен на аналогичные суммы, т.е. скидка не теряется.
Сейчас сняли за что-то 42 бакса

Откуда взялись 45 долларов и за что с меня их сняли?!
( вот заранее хочу разобраться, что да как. Девочки здесь пишут, что бесплатно в том случае, если вещь на момент обмена будет стоить столько же, сколько стоила, я так понимаю случай ваш, вам вернули ваши 45$?????

бэкордер я менять не хочу. я хочу вернуть сапоги из заказа с отмененным бэкордером. вот меня теперь интресует, отменят ли мне многоуровневую скидку из-за отмененного бэкордера, и примут ли они за аргумент, что бэкордер я перезаказала практически в полном объеме, тока штаны другие немного стали.
или лучше не соваться с сапогами, дабу не напоминать про отмененный бэк, а сапоги выбросить, потому что ходить я в них все равно не смогу

Как они пишут, то можно до 49.50$ заказать чтобы не попасть на доставку. Если это та же вещь, только другой размер, то все будет нормально. То есть вы вернете, например, штаны в р-ре М, а берете в р-ре S, то они должны посчитать по той же цене.
