Решила все таки написать им еще раз по поводу неправильных цветов. Вот что они ответили. Девочки помогите пожалуйста перевести... не могу понять

To expedite the exchange process, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-475-1935 or 1-937-438-4197 (outside the U.S. and Canada) and we will be happy to assist you in placing a phone exchange. You will be billed for the items you wish to receive; however, Standard shipping costs will be waived.
To process an exchange by mail, you may utilize the Return/Exchange form included with your order. Please tear off the top portion of the form titled “Order Summary” and keep for your own records.
Under the 'Return Form' section, please enter the quantity returned and the return reason code in left side columns next to each item you are returning. Under the 'Exchange Form' section, please enter the item number, color number, size, description, and quantity for each item that you would like us to send back to you. If changing your shipping address or method of payment, please refer to the reverse side of the form.
For your convenience, we have provided a $5.99 pre-paid UPS and USPS return label on your invoice for returns within the United States. When you choose our pre-paid label option, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund for return shipping and handling costs. You can use the USPS label and place your package in your mailbox for pickup or drop it off at the Post Office. Or you may use the UPS label and give your package to any UPS driver or take it to a UPS drop-off location. If you do not use the pre-paid UPS or USPS label, you will not incur the $5.99 return fee.
If you choose not to use the pre-paid UPS or USPS return label, please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a pre-paid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

If the dollar amount of the exchange items requested is the less than or equal to the dollar amount of the items being returned, no additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred. If the dollar amount of the exchange items requested is greater than the dollar amount of the merchandise being returned, shipping and handling charges will be accessed on the difference.
Please allow 30 business days for us to receive and process your return/exchange.
