здравствуйте! помогите написать гневное письмо, ситуация такая: сделала заказ 23/12, прошла все стадии статуса до "unknown", письмо "счастья", позвонила, ответила, продвинулась до "in process" и тишина 3 дня. Заказ экспресс доставкой с новогодним платьем, скорее всего теперь не успеет Хочу ускорить процесс отправки, вернуть 20$ за экспресс и моральную компенсацию. Мой вариант письма:

Tell to me please, why my Order still "In Process" since 12/23/2010?
I called on 23 of December at 7 o'clock 18 minutes of evening and spoke with the girl the operator 19 minutes about my order, has confirmed data on a card, the address, a phone number and the size.
I hoped to put on an elegant dress on 31 of December, therefore pay the express delivery
and has received problems and disappointment.
Please, ship faster my order and to return me 20$ for the express delivery.
P.S. I am very disappointed this order and my estimation BizRate for Victoria's Secret will be low.
