Я сегодня напьюсь))))) наконец-то отшипили мой заказ, который разместила 3 недели назад. После длительной и нудной переписки и окончательного моего психа по поводу возврата денег - они решили заказ все-таки отправить

Девочки подскажите кто нить пробовал заказ отменить на дисней стори?получалось или возврат сделать (я имею ввиду возврат по США)
По возврату вот что мне писали (когда я попросила вернуть деньги, раз они так долго мукалят с заказом):

I'm so sorry for any inconvenience but we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. We have upgraded our system, which allows a "faster method" for processing your order.
Our goal was to save you time by processing your order as quickly as possible. The moment your order is submitted, the credit card authorizes immediately and you can be assured, we are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that there is a very limited window of time between your order submission and transmittal to our Distribution Center. Once your order has been submitted and sent to our Distribution Center, regrettably, we are unable to add or make any type of change to that order, including cancellation.
Should you have no further need for this order, you may follow the return instructions on the back of the Packing Slip and return the merchandise to our Distribution Center within 30 days of purchase. DVD, video, audio and software media must be returned in their original unopened packaging (damaged or defective media items may be exchanged for the same merchandise only). If it is more convenient, you may also return DisneyStore.com items to a local Disney Store. You will need to bring along the packing slip if returning to a local Disney Store.
Art and Collectibles must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Returns of Halloween costumes, accessories and decor items must be returned within 30 days of shipping date or postmarked by 10/30, whichever is applicable for the order. All items must include the original Packing Slip and have all original tags attached.
Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
When the order is received in our Distribution Center, the merchandise total will be refunded to your credit card account.
