Получила вместо летних ярких кожаных босоножек дурацкие сапоги из клеенки белого цвета... Отправила обратно наземной почтой за 1 100 руб. Все сделала, как указано выше в теме. Сейчас будет ехать месяца два... Написала на их мыло, про неправильный айтем, и спросила как мне поступить с их сапогами. Они прислали ответ:

To make a return in the UK:
There is a Freepost label already on your returns note, which means it won't cost you anything to send the item back to us. Please stick it on the front of your parcel. Fill in the section on the returns note then put the note in your parcel when you send it back. It’s also important that you get proof of posting from your Post Office when you send it back, so if it goes missing in the mail you can show us you sent it. Please send the parcel back within 14 days. We do ask that you allow 10 working days for the parcel to reach us.
To make a return to us from Overseas:
Please use the sticky address label from the front of your delivery note when you send the item back to us. When you have sent it complete the attached form and fax it along with the postage receipt to +44 1442 835 850. Fill in the section on the returns note then put the note in your parcel when you send it back. Please return the parcel back to us within 14 days
As soon as your parcel turns up, we'll take a look at it, and then arrange your replacement (as long as the item is still available) or issue your refund within 24 hours (it'll take 5-10 days to appear in your account). If you have already sent your item back and are awaiting confirmation from us, please allow 10 working days from the date you posted it to us, for it to be processed.

Я так понимаю, они тут ни слова не пишут, что хотят возместить мне мои расходы, раньше чем получат мой парсел. Я отсканировала почтовую квитанцию, там по-русски-то еле-еле видно, как же они поймут, что я - это я, и сколько там в рублях? Девочки, плз, подскажите примерную англоязычную форму моего письма с просьбой возместить расходы по их вине.
