Блин я выбрала замену и написала им, чтобы выслали мне другую вещь, написала код , цвет и размер. на что они мне ответили фот это:

Что это значит? Я им написала уже кучу писем, а они всегда высылают один и тот же ответ. Такое ощущение, что они не читали предыдущие сообщения. И не хотят ни деньги вернуть, ни выслать замену! что это значит? Помогите плиз!
И почему я должна ждать до 5 августа? О чем они вообще?
Ведь сначала предложили вещь не возвращать им и предложили на выбор замену, а сейчас я не понимаю, что они хотят.
