Девочик, помогите, у меня косяк на косяке. Получила посылку, заказали подруге купальник, верх прислали не того цвета (заказывали желтый к зеленому низу, а пришел леопард- ну вобще не сочетается). Написала в Вики письмо и получила такой ответ:

I am happy to process a replacement package that would arrive to you in 3 to 10 business days. I would also be happy to issue a refund for the merchandise. Please reply to this email with the resolution you’d prefer.
I would then respectfully ask that the incorrect top be returned to us within 30 days, using a traceable return method. I assure you that you will not be charged for using the enclosed return label to return this merchandise.
Please note that your account will be debited for the replacement item or credit amount if the incorrect top is not received within 30 days.
Olga, please again accept my sincerest apology. We look forward to assisting you with your replacement or refund soon.
Вот теперь не пойму, пересылка купальника назад за мой счет что ли? вроде это их косяк... Подскажите плиз.
