У меня в посылке трусы от купальника были не того цвета и пришло кривое платье: юбка с одной стороны короче на 2 см и на спинке широкие бретели тоже кривые, одна короче другой на 2-2,5 см, да еще дырочка на юбке

Я написала такое письмо:
I'm very disappointed of several items from my recent order number 427155868 which you've sent me last week.
The first my claim relates to Side-tie scoop bottom poesia aqua (#KB-252482). In reality I received this bottom in the color "turquoise" . And this color doesn't match with the "poesia aqua" color of the Retro push-up halter top at4-poesia aqua/pistachio bati(#KB-256883) which was in this order too. I have attached to this letter photos, please, check the photo #1, 2 to see it.
The next claim relates to The V-neck sleeveless dress s56-passionberry (#KJ-256470) size S. I was confused and unpleasant impressed by this dress. It was made so crooked that it is impossible to wear it. I made a few photos, which show the difference of the length of the skirt and the length of the straps on the back of dress from each other. And I found a hole in the skirt. Please, check my photos.
My younger sister will have vacations through 2 weeks and she has a realy big problem: she can't wear her new swimsuit and new dress. And for me it is particularly unpleasant, because I bought these things to her as a gift.
Could you please solve this problems.

Т.е. ВС предлагает мне выслать вещи за свой счет обратно и они мне их поменяют? Или я не так поняла?
Я хотела, чтобы за платье мне вернули деньги, потому что оно оказалось полной фигней. И если и делать возврат платья - то только за их счет, т.к. брак на платье - исключительно их вина!
А трусики от купальника - в принципе, чтобы не платить за возврат я готова оставить себе.
Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, как им это написать, чтобы поняли и вернули 30$ за платье...
