Девочки, помогите, я врепвый раз сталкиваюсь с такой ситуацией: пришла в заказе кофточка - а на ней пятно( Я насочиняла письмо VS с таким смыслом, что получила сегодня заказ - а там на кофточке пятно. И приложила фото к письму. Задала вопрос - "Как Вы предлагаете решить данный вопрос?" на что они мне прислали 2 письма, помогите правильно их перевести, ПОЖАЛУЙСТА!!!
