Мое письмо по выше изложенной проблеме.
Dear Victoria's Secret Customer Care,
On 13th of September, 2008 I've made a second order in your
remarkable online-shop. But this time I've encountered two problems. To
my great regret I had to deny the order. My order number is #8888888
and was sent with a UPS Delivery System, even I've chosen the Standard Delivery. This
leaded to a second problem, it's turned out that your cosmetics is not
licenced in Italy. For two shower gels I've been asked to pay licence
fee of 100 euro, while the prices of the gels were 8.50$ and 12.00$.
Quite unreasonable fee, don't you think? Gels were ordered to receive
a 30$ of 150$ discount. The total price of the order is 167.44$
These were the reasons to deny the order. To your information, there
are always problems arise with the UPS delivery system. But I think
that your shop have to warn the customers about the absence of the
European licence for your cosmetics, otherwise in future your clients
will have many problems and returned orders.
I'm badly want to receive my order except shower gels. I'd like to
save the discount as well. What options do I have? Thank you in
