У меня тоже затерялась майская посылка. Написала им письмо и вот что они мне ответили. Не особо сильна в английском и не могу разобрать они предлогают вернуть мне деньги??? И как написать им о том что я хочу что бы они вернули мне деньги???!!! Помогите.
