Девочки, помогите пожалуйста. У меня тут вообще катастрофа случилась) Делали в самом начале распродажи большой заказ на 500 $. Еще при оформлении заказа возникла проблема, когда клали вещи в корзину все было нормально, но после полного оформления в заказе появились вещи с совершенно другими названиями цветов. Мы написали письмо, мол так и так и нам ответили:

И вот наконец-то приходит мой заказ. Я открываю коробку...и что я вижу: Три лифа неправильных цветов и не хватает одних трусиков. Я пишу ВС с ооочень подробным описанием того, что вообще произошло. Я им и копию переписки отправила, в которой они мне писали что все будет нормально, и принтскрины того, что я клала в корзину и далее фотки того, что мне в итоге пришло.
И вот итоговая переписка:

But, unfortunately, it isn t the first time you confuse my order. Recently, I made a big order and there was a problem with the colors of the things. I wrote you a letter (copy enclosed), and you said that everything will be fine, and I ll get that thing that I have ordered.
Today I received my package and I was horrified to find that you have sent me things are not the colors that I ordered and I didn t get one item( The Lacie. Cheeky panty. Size: S, Colour: Berry Gloss W/ Black Trim (T01) ) I'm extremely upset, I waited this parcel so long.

Я не хочу возвращать им все вещи. Тем более мой заказ был на 432 доллара, а они дают мне, так сказать, лимит на возврат 358 долларов. Это потеря для меня почти в 100 долларов, да и все остальные вещи меня устраивают. Я хочу чтобы они прислали мне то, что они перепутали и доприслали те трусики, которых не было в посылке. Максимум я могу прислать им то, что они выслали мне неправильно, да и то, с полной оплатой ими пересылки. Подскажите плз как быть и что делать. Я не сильна в английском и не хочу остаться в полной ж!) Заранее спасибо и извините за поэму
