Due to the incorrect item that you will receive, we are processing a replacement order #420965098 for the 6.5 sandal which is expected to arrive to you within 3 to 10 business days. Please note that tracking information may not be made available until the order is scanned at the local UPS hub or post office prior to delivery.
We ask that you please keep or dispose of the incorrect merchandise (size 6) you will receive due to the inconvenience and cost of returning it. However, please understand that we are extending this offer in response to the circumstances you have experienced, and that our usual return procedures are explained on the Return/ Exchange form enclosed in each package.
Если я правильно поняла, то они по ошибке мне выслали вместо 6,5 размера - 6. А теперь отправят еще и 6,5. ( а деньги за него снимать будут?) И что мне потом делать с 6?

Если я правильно поняла, то они по ошибке мне выслали вместо 6,5 размера - 6. А теперь отправят еще и 6,5. ( а деньги за него снимать будут?) И что мне потом делать с 6?
