We checked the information and supportive evidence you provided for this dispute, your claim about damaged issue is accepted. However, since this product is in good condition/functionable, we are unable to support your refund request(without returning goods). In addition, comparing the amount of the order, the shipping cost may be expensive. Personally, I think "return for full refund" may not be the best solution for you, if you would like to keep this product or repair it at your local reparing center, I personally suggest you could try to negociate a partial refund with seller for compensation. I will also help you to encourage seller to provide better offer. If you want to get a full refund, according to the return policy , you would need to bear the shipping cost which may be expensive to return this product. We suggest you confirm the shipping fee with the Post Office before you decide to return.
