Менять уже ничего не поможет...
Пишите скорее Асосу письмо - они смогут поменять адрес, я думаю...
В общем, исправила в самом ордере и написала, что доставили на тот же адрес, что и биллинг, т.е. домашний.
мне ответили следующее:
"...As your parcel was been sent with Air Mail, to be delivered with your domestic postal service, I’m afraid we are unable to re-direct your parcel.
Royal Mail require us to allow 18 working days from the date your order has been placed, which will allow your domestic postal service to attempt delivery at the original address and will also allow time for the parcel to be refused and returned back to our Warehouse where our Returns Team can re-send your parcel to the new address.
If you have not received any information regarding the re-delivery of your parcel after this time, please get back in touch and we can investigate this further with Air Mail and issue a replacement order or refund you.
In the meantime, it may be worth making contact with the present occupants of the original address to see if there is any way you are able to obtain the parcel from them?..."
