Hello Svetlana,
Thanks for getting in touch - I’m sorry you're having problems using the website.
I’ve checked with our team and we’re not currently experiencing any technical issues with the site, here are a few things for you to try;
Firstly, you may need to delete your cookies – a cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us (for more information about cookies, click here). If you have items in your bag or in the ‘Save for Later’ section, you’ll need to make a note of the product name/code as deleting your cookies could clear this history.
To delete your cookies in Internet Explorer:
1 Select the ‘Tools’ menu, and then click ‘Internet Options’
2 Select the ‘General’ tab, then click ‘Delete’ next to ‘Browsing History’
3 Click ‘Delete Cookies’, then ‘Yes’
Close your browser, reopen it and try our site again.
We suggest that you have the latest version of your operating system provider e.g. Windows, OSX etc.
If neither of these suggestions works, please let me know and I'll get our technical team to look into it. It'll help if you can also give me the following details...
Details of any error messages (screenshots)
Your Operating System (e.g. Windows Vista, Windows XP, Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard)
Your Internet Browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 7.0)
The page you were trying to access (e.g.
www.asos.com/contact.asp)
I hope this answers your query for you. If you have any more questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to help.
Best wishes,
Tom
