We have already processed a replacement for you and unable to cancel this as the parcel has already been packed up by our warehouse.
As this is our error we will refund the cost of returning the item to us, to refund your postage costs please can you do the following:
•Fill in the 'Postage Receipt Form' attached to this email
•Print it off and fax it to us along with your postage receipt to +44 1442 835850 or scan the documents and attach it to your replyPlease clearly fill in the refund section on the back of the delivery note and include it with the parcel. It’s also important that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office when you send it back, so if it goes missing in the mail, you can show you sent it.
As soon as I have received your fax I will process the required refund or replacement and an automated email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm.
