сделал заказ на ASOS, 25 июля 2011, 26 июля посылку отправили. Начитавшись страхов о сроках доставки, я не обратил внимания на сроки указанные ASOS - 05 августа 2011, думал - ерунда какая-то. Вчера решил таки узнать, где мои вещи, пишу в ASOS - господа, заказ номер такой то не все еще не доставлен, подскажите можно ли его отследить или сообщите ориентировочные сроки доставки. Они отвечают: так мол и так, на сколько просрочена доставка, больше чем на 9 рабочих дней? Отвечаю - да: "Dear Sirs, many thanks for your feedback.

http://www.asos.com/infopages/pgeshiptocountry.aspx the delivery time is 9 working days for Russian Federation. Order confirmation letter (attached) provided me with the date of delivery Friday 05 August 2011. Taking into account the parcel 34268552 was dispatched on 26 July 2011, the delivery is out of schedule. Best regards, Michail.
Решаю позвонить на почту и выясняется, что посылка прибыла еще 11 августа! А я об этом ни сном ни духом! Пишу в ASOS сразу же: Dear Sirs, so sorry to trouble you. The parcel was delivered in time 11 August 2011, but because of our postal service mistake, it was not delivered directly to me and I haven’t received any notice. Thank you for your help and care.
