Dear, Asos,
Writing to you, because very frustrated with my order #(вставить номер заказа). You send me another dress that is 3 times cheapier the ordered one. But the attachment to this item on a bag says it's the right one.
And another item: chucks. On the box is attached one name (which I haven't ordered actually), at the top another name is given (which was the ordered one). But you send me the first one. So two items in my order were completely wrong.
Could you be so nice and give me a response why I haven't seen my wished and paid items in my order?

А вообще другого выхода, как отослать обратно и получить рефанд/обмен у вас нет)
