НАСТОЙЧИВОСТЬ, кажется, не помогает!!!

Я отправила фото посылки и квитанцию об отправке. Написала сколько она мне стоила. В конце письма написала:
Я: "In what way you plan to return the postage cost?
It costed to me of 245 roubles. It's about 5.3 pounds.
To you it would be grateful, if you have remitted money for card."

I can confirm that we are issuing cheques for all manual refunds as we have found this to be the most secure way of doing so.
Сумма конечно смешна, но ЕСТЬ ЛИ СМЫСЛ ДОЛБИТЬ ИХ ДАЛЬШЕ?? Возымеет ли это какой-то результат?
