There's a pre-printed label on the returns note included with your order. Just peel it off and stick it to the front of the parcel when you send it back. If you haven't got your returns note anymore you can click here to print a new one.
It can take up to 21 working days for your return to reach us. As soon as we've received it, we'll send you an email to let you know"
я так поняла, что вернуть им товар и они возместят почт.расходы, только как? они никакой формы не прислали, как у нас в шапке темы написано? и ещё просят наклеить стикер на посылку, а у нас на почте такого не позволят сделать.
