Good news, returning items to ASOS is easy.
As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have confirmation that you sent it.
There’s a pre-printed label on the returns note included with your order. Just peel it off and stick it to the front of the parcel when you send it back.
If you haven't got your returns note anymore you can click here to print a new one.
It can take up to 21 working days for your return to reach us.
As soon as we’ve received it, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
