Hello!
I've got my order, but, unfortunatelly some Items don't fit. So I would like to change or return them. So I have several questions.
1. As I know, I can make a phone exchange. So I should fill the documents for refund, send it for you and make new order by phone and pay for it. When you will get my parcel, you will return money for items from first order. Am I right?
2. Multilevel discount was applied to my order. So to save it, I should order new items by full price aproximately equal to full price of returning items, and pay for it like for discounted, arent't I?
3. Unfortuntelly my English is not perfect so I'm worried a little about the procedure of phone exchange, isn't it possible to make such order by Internet?
