ladybird, а деньги за заказ уже сняли? Если нет, может попробовать отменить его? а потом перезаказать заново на нужное имя.
не смогли потому что банк не дал..или в чем проблема??
две первых посылки дошли нормально, потом были заблокированы суммы, но отмененные заказы..потом суммы разблокировала..и вот на те..не могу проверить инфо((

делала заказ, было три бэка, два пришло, а третий нет, уже два месяца прошло( написала письмо с просьбой вернуть деньги, вот ответ:
Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us. You’ve asked for us to process a refund for the lowrise bottoms that you have not received by the expected delivery date. It is my privilege to respond to you personally.
I would be happy to process a refund for you for the bottoms you have not received, however due to the special offer that was received of $75.00 off an order of $250.00 if I process a refund for this item without sending another item in exchange your merchandise total will fall below the $250.00 mark and $45.00 will be adjusted from your refund. As this item is only $32.00, this means you will not actually receive a refund for this item as the whole refund will have been adjusted by the special offer.
Please reply to this e-mail and let us know if you would like for us to resend the same item out to you again via express shipping at no cost to you. We can also process to send you an alternate item instead if you no longer wish to receive the same bottom. This new item can not be on clearance and needs to at least be the same price of $32.00 in order for it to work with keeping the special offer in place.

Нет, дорогая, это не шутка. Мне лично не одна из потерянных посылок не пришла через пару месяцев. По-моему опыту, если посылка не пришла в первые 14 дней, может пару дней больше, если в Украине праздники, то можно ее и не ждать. Так было у меня всегда. Я удивлялась, когда читала что кому-то посылка пришла спустя 2 месяца

Мне кажется, выгоднее позиция "клиент всегда прав, а вы мне должны".
Так и попробуйте написать, что проблемы возникли из-за wrong information in your invoice. Этого "знаю, что деньги не вернут за доставку" не писать ни в коем случае. Просто попросить их вернуть деньги за доставку, так как ошиблись все-таки они. Если откажут, или начнут слать отписки - бодаться.
"поплакать, как я расстроена их ошибками" - это можно.
я вот и думаю, если я "не знаю, что за доставку не вернут", то как мне попросить их вернуть деньги за доставку? просто заказ еще на таможне, но я боюсь, что вещички закончатся к 11му числу.
Девочки из за нехватки документов посылка вернулась обратно в ВС не покинув америки 28 декабря. Вчера написала в Вс, просила объяснить где и что с моей посылкой спустя 2 недели.

Письмо подойдет, только вещи подробно описывайте с артикулом, цветом, размером!
По собственному опыту скажу, я в свое время все темы читала по 10 страниц с начала и с конца! Основные вопросы и ответы на них точно найдете! Так как одно и то же периодически обсуждается. А еще очень хорошо работает ПОИСК ПО ТЕМЕ.

Девочки, а ни у кого не было опыта написания письма, в случае если описание на сайте не соответствует, вернее описано платье не полностью - мне пришло ожидаемое мною "офисное" платье с декольте на спине почти до талии
