So it is far too inconvenient, expensive and time-consuming to return the merchandise that is obviously defective (with glue stains, uneven seams and crinkled sole). What should I do in this situation?

насчет других вещей на ту же сумму - да, были такие случаи тут, но тогда Вика сама предлагала так сделать, вот в чем проблема...

I have received an e-mail from you regarding my backordered swim bottom (item#, color, size). I do not want to wait till July 30 for this bottom to appear in stock, so I would like to cancel my backorder and order another swim bottom. This is item #, color, size... Is it possible to do so? If it is possible, I hope that the price of the new swim bottom is enough to adjust the price of the backorder I want to cancel ($34) and my request will not entail any extra expenses from my part or special offer recalculation. Could you please help?
