If you are a registered user on our Website, you may view your order history online for up to 6 months or 75 transactions previous to the current date. You must be signed into your online account to access this feature.
Once you are signed in or have registered, you may then click the “View All Orders” button located under the Order Information heading. The next screen will display past orders, backorders, returns, and exchanges.
In order to access this feature on our Website, the billing information in your online account must match the billing information on your order.
If you are not a registered user, you may check the status of an individual order by entering your email address and order number.
