Насколько я поняла, они предлагают оставить себе или выкинуть то, что вы получили, а вещь взамен они должны вам послать и вы получите это в течение 3-10 рабочих дней.
Не понятно тогда почему они прислали ровно через 5 минут это:

и Виктория упорно начала снимать (безуспешно) деньги с моей карты, как будто до этого ничего не снимала. причем сумма 134$...т.е. без учета сертификата. о тех 120.95$ ни слова-деньги на карту не вернули...и на мои письма отвечают просто что попало..
