I have reviewed the Resolution Centre in your account and can see you have successfully filed an Item not As DescriBed case.
Once a dispute has been filed, the seller has 10 days to reply to you and offer a resolution - a full refund (that covers the item cost and original P&P), the item you ordered, or a replacement item.
Please note that if the seller agrees to issue a refund, you should receive it within 3 days.
If the seller doesn't reply to your case after 10 days, please click the escalate option within the Resolutions Centre. We will then review the case ourselves and may issue you a refund.
Here’s how:
1. Go to your ebay.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. On the top right hand side of your screen click the link for “My eBay”.
3. You will see three tabs on screen. Please hover over the Account tab and choose Resolution Centre from the drop down options
4. Locate the specific case you wish to escalate and click “See case details”.
5. Click on the link “Send another response/ Respond to case”.
6. Choose “Escalate the case to eBay Customer Support”. Please provide as much detail as possible and click on Submit.
Remember, you can check the status of your case at any time in the Resolution Centre in My eBay.
