Dear Sir/Madam,
I wonder why did you charge $36 to my card?
I made two orders on 6th April and 30th May and then you've charged my card. Everything was good but then you have charged my card, WITHOUT MY AUTORIZATION twice (first it happened on the 10th of May, then on the 31st of May and on the 5th of May)FOR WHAT?
May 10 Payment requested for $12
May 31 Payment requested for $12
June 6 Payment requested for $12
I am disgusted that your system is set up to require my card information for a "free" trial, and then that you charged me several times without my authorization and did not send me any sort of email stating the charges.
This is not a trivial amount of money for me but I'm just very displeased
I hope You will solve this problem as soon as possible and my money will be issued to my credit card

Разгневанная после этих отписок я отправила им такое письмо:
Dear Customer Service,
I`m very disappointed to hear from you that you`re unable to provide me with the information about WHY you charged a sum of money from my credit card. Please, DO look for some details of these strange processes, otherwise I will consider this as a pure fraud organised by you! I remember that my money was charged on 10th May, 31st May and 5th May, each time 12 USD were charged.
I hope to here from you as soon as possible, please give me a full explanation, not just a formal reply as Dawn V. and Michael J. sent me (YOU MAY COMPARE-THEIR LETTERS ARE IDENTIС).
