Apsi, девочки, по данным али отслежки нет(на странице заказа), но прод предьявил сайт где отслеживается мой трек http://www.redexpress.ru/ru/bonus/CargoInfo/? соответственно Али на стороне продавца. Но путь у посылки странный RJ168804689CN. Другие мои посылки там не отслеживаются. И главное прод молчал до открытия диспута что на этом сайте можно отследитьMachaon, ну в любом случае не отменять спор. а ждать уже решения.
то, что он отслеживается ведь все равно не гарантирует, что товар придет, и придет именно вам. А что по данным Али? Али видит это отслеживание - на странице заказа отображает движение товара? Я так понимаю - медиаторы доверяют своим данным по отслеживанию.
