При возврате PayPal открыл кейс и заблокировал суммы.Как правильно поступить?
Ситуация следующая: покупка у продавцов на Aliexpress товара не соответствующего заявленным параметрам, неосмотрительное подтверждение приема товара и длительная битва за возврат денег. После продавец произвел возврат денег через PayPal и в результате я получил письмо следующего содержания

Choose the None of these apply to me,and then leave a message.it is service charge,the buyer had get service,and confrimed with it.
don't say it is the refund from aliexpress.
