Моя посылка от 24 июня так и не нашлась. после 2-х грозных писем вернуть деньги получила ответ:
We are sorry to hear that there has been a delay with your order. We send many parcels to Russia every day and none delivery is very rare. We obtain postage certificates for all of the items that we send through Royal Mail, on Monday I will begin an investigation with Royal Mail as to the whereabouts of your parcel. PLease be aware that this may take several weeks to complete as Royal Mail will check through each stage of the postal process-I am aware that there are sometimes delays and issues with customs. As per our terms and conditions as posted on our website we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post, we obtain the certificates of postage to show that your item was dispatched, we also offer an international tracking service that can be purchased for £4.00, international delivery is free so even with the tracking service it is only £4.00. However we do appreciate the concern caused with a missing parcel and we will do everything we can
to locate your parcel. If the investigation with Royal Mail does not locate your parcel then we will usually have the cost refunded from Royal Mail, if this happens then we will provide a full refund. I will contact you next week following the first chat witht he Post Office, in the meantime please keep us updated with any progress on your side. I will contact some customers who placed orders in Russia at a similar time to you and check whether their parcels have been delivered, this will give us an idea whether there is a general delay with customs. Проблем с переводом нет, все понятно. Что я могу со своей стороны сделать? Написать какое-нибудь заявление на нашей почте? Ведь есть вероятность, что просто работники почты украли посылку.
Сразу видно, что шарашкина контора. Филюник вернул деньги по первому требованию, а когда посылка нашлась я просто ее не забрала и она уехала назад и все довольны.
