The Russian Government has implemented new customs clearance procedures in Russia.
Unfortunately, this means that all parcels going to Russia can be delayed in customs clearance for upto two weeks.
Please be advised that we state the following on our website regarding customs charges:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
If you do not wish to pay the customs charges, the order will be sent back to our warehouse where a refund will be issued, minus the original delivery costs.
I apologise that we cannot assist further on this occasion and hope that your order is with you soon.
