24 декабря выиграла аукцион с лотом, 25-го оплатила пейпалом. От продавца ни ответа, ни привета. Я понимаю - праздники - каникулы, потому не волновалась особо. Затем писала письма, ответа не получила. И вот вчера получила такое письмо от eBay:

Получается мне уже по-любому нужно открывать диспут для возврата денег? По поиску продавец даже не находится. Впервые столкнулась с таким, помогите, пожалуйста.

А вообще можно написать продавцу, иногда треки могут перепутать.
