I can understand your frustration and concern, however I have been advised that the decision to retract the offer to refund VAT for International Customers comes after weeks of discussions and debate.
I can confirm that technically International customers have not been paying VAT as our prices 'do not include VAT or sales taxes outside of the EU'.
The process previously has been operated in goodwill and unfortunately you have been caught up in the implemented changes, expecting the refund.
I can appreciate this is not the response you were hoping for, but as advised, with immediate effect from 00:00 on 16/08/2010, our VAT refund policy has been amended and you will no longer be able to receive a refund regardless of when the order was made.
Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused and for not being able to be of further assistance on this occasion.

Thank you for your email.
As a gesture of good will I have refunded your VAT for orders 2***8 and 2***8 (Please allow 5 - 10 working days for this to show on your account).
I can confirm that you have not paid VAT on your orders, our invoices were incorrect and have now been amended.
Please note that no more refunds will be made.
