Миро, попробуйте еще написать на ФБ, мне ответили в течении нескольких часов. Может вам просто не повезло! Тут в темке я нашла несколько примеров писем, а сама отправила что-то типа такого:
Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing about my order №____.
According to the order history information, my order was placed on ( дата) and shipped on (дата) by (служба доставки)
Today is (дата) and my order has not arrived yet.
As quite a lot of time has passed, I am feeling worried. I hope there is nothing wrong with my order and you could help me track or find it.
