We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 28 days of receiving your original order, including sale items. All returns are subject to our Returns Policy.
As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
There’s a pre-printed label on the returns note included with your order – just peel it off and stick it to the front of the parcel – remember to include your returns note in your parcel.
If you haven't got your returns note anymore, click here to print a new one.
It can take up to 14 - 21 working days for your return to reach us. As soon as we’ve received it, we’ll send you a confirmation email and sort out a refund for you.

не могу понять, почтовые расходы они мне возмещают? не могу найти четкого пояснения в их письме (с английским туговато, переводила в гугл-переводчике)
