Вчера сделала заказ на альфу (виртуальный адрес). Оплатила картой VISA e-card ВТБ24. Сегодня они мне вот что пишут:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process your order; the card issuer has not responded to our attempts to verify the billing name, address, and telephone number associated with the card used to place your order.

To avoid cancellation of your order, please fax us a copy of a recent credit card billing statement to +44 (0)208 636 9326, confirming the name, address, and telephone number associated with the card. To ensure that your fax is processed in the most timely manner, please be sure it includes the email address used when placing your order, and/or the order number you received in your email confirmation.
Alternatively, you could request the card issuer to contact us so we may verify your billing information. The card issuer can contact us via fax at the same number. The fax should contain the name and fax number of a specific representative with whom we can correspond if necessary.
Do note that the statement must be sent via fax as we are unable to interpret attachments via email.
We do hope that this can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Им нужно по факсу выслать какую-нибудь квитанцию с моим адресом. Я правильно поняла?
