я им написала:
My Customer Number: ХХХХ, my Order Number: ХХХХ.
At registration of the order I have incorrectly specified period of validity of the card.
My Bank says that it is the bottom that you have been unable to obtain authorization to charge my Mastercard account.
What actions I should undertake now?
I think it is necessary for me to cancel this order number ХХХХ and to issue the new. If it is valid so I ask you to consider this letter as the request for order cancellation. Other request - to inform me by the letter about your decision and my necessary actions and says can I already make the new order instead of previous now or not.

а они мне ответили снова шаблонным письмом, только уже подпись другая:

Это я им как-то неправильно объясняю или что?
Первое письмо, на которое я свое накропала, было точно такое же, как последнее, только с другой подписью...
Переписка ведется с

Как лучше поступить - написать еще раз уже на
[email protected] или просто плюнуть и сделать новый заказ с правильными реквизитами (сроком действия карты)? Я боюсь, что если мы с ними вопрос сейчас не проясним, то новый заказ они просто не дадут мне сделать из-за полупохожих, но разных реквизитов карты...
Посоветуйте уж, пожалуйста!..
