Я с 18 марта возврат выбиваю - и этот толковый человек мне попался с 5го письма. Я заметила, что на вежливые письма они тупо отвечают вежливым шаблоном. А вот если пишешь им эмоционально и немного (или даже много) сердито, то все - сразу отвечают.
Мне вот ответили после этого
Hello,
You asked me to fill in the form and send the proof of postage showing weight. I did as you asked but don't understand what for if you still don't want to investigate the matter. We know that there is no no record of my return being processed in my account. And it won't appear there as ALL THE ITEMS WERE SENT IN ONE PARCEL, but you received only one. So probably the 2 items have just not been noticed by the ASOS workers as they were in the same package. So I kindly ask you to check it and investigate the matter as I am not happy to hear each time from diffrent people "I have checked your account and unfortunately there is no record of your return being processed."
You have the proof that I sent the items and you received one, and if the parcel was damaged you should have informed the postal service, to check if everything is ok. If the parcel was not damaged you should have received 3 ITEMS. Anyway I am not happy to pay postal expences in hope to get refund and then to learn about my items having been lost. That is not my fault and I wish I could help you to investigate the matter but I can't as I live in another country. So I hope for your understanding and that the customer care takes care of the customers. And I will finally get my refund.

I really did not expect the refund procedure would be that dissapointment! That is my 5th!!! letter where I inform that I do experience problems paying in my cheque into my bank in that region of Russia where I live, I would be grateful, if you refund the money to any of the cards in my account. Please, don't send me any cheques! They are of no use for me. Hope you 'll sort it out soon.

Вот. И еще, я пришла на почтовое отделение, пакетов у них не было и не было бланков, которые обычно наклеиваются на пакет, но была вменяемая сотрудница, она просто завернула мои вещи в бумагу, взяла мою наклейку из инвойса, обвязала все веревкой, поставила печать. Никаких проблем. Туда же наклеила декларацию (опись отправляемого), дала чек. Показала номер для отслеживания. Кстати потом благодаря весу в чеке я доказала, что отправляла несколько вещей.
