В июле пришло сообщение, что все отправлено (но сейчас начинаю подозревать, что они ждали данные по моему паспорту? ):

Но я, видимо, что-то не поняла, эх, или вообще письмо это пропустила.
Потом пришло письмо с информацией: спасибо да заказ, примерное время доставки - 1 августа
И 18 августа еще одно письмо
