Помогите мне, пожалуйста, разобраться с тем, что мне делать
Я купила айфон 4 - у меня его украли - на почте мы составили акт - посылку отправили обратно (коробку,вернее), я связалась с продавцом, он всё сделал - сходил в офис емс, у себя в маями, отправил запрос в россию -ему всё подтвердили, он написал заявление - я открыла диспут - всё было хорошо - я ждала результата, продавец почему-то перестал отвечать.
сегодня - прошло 60 дней, товар ушел на ибее из списка покупок в архив, не могу оставить отзыв и не могу зайти в кейс.
пэйпал сегодня написал - продавец отказался от предъявленных обвинений - мы будем разбираться, но вы должны всё нам перевести на англ и прислать по факсу. ещё заявление из полиции переведите и пришлите на оригинальном бланке..
