we are able to store goods in our warehouse free of charge for you up to 3 (three weeks). After three weeks, we will have to charge you storage at the rate of $0.25/kg and per day. For examle, if you store goods weighing 10 kg for 4 weeks in our warehouse, you will be charged 10kg x $0.25 x 7days ( 3 weeks is free) = $17.50. The charges are effective February 26, 2012. With this date, the first week of storage starts for those who store their goods in our warehouse at this time.
Also, some of the goods arrive to us without a tracking number to confim the delivery. This is a problem, since U.S. couriers do make mistakes. Every week, we have boxes delivered to us by UPS or USPS and addressed to a different address in Elizabeth, NJ. We return those boxes to the courier next day, but we cannot guаrantee that others do return. Please, use the service in the US that will provide you and us with the tracking information for your products.
On the boxes with your goods, you must always indicate your last name, since we store goods in the sections that are alphabatically named.
