We apologize for the unusual delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately
since International Airmail packages are not trackable we are unable to see
the current status of your package. It is very possible that your package
has been delayed by customs, unforseen issues with your postal service, or
has even been returned to us due to a problem with delivery. Normally we do
not refund our customers who have a package that is lost as it states on our
website. However, I can see by your order history that you have been a good
customer and have had packages delivered to you at this address in the past.
I will petition my Manager to see if we can make an exception to this policy
and refund you for the package this time. Please allow a couple of days for
him to make that decision. I will let you know what he decides right away.
