Thank you for your recent emails to iHerb regarding the problems our valued Ukrainian customers have been experiencing in getting their packages delivered. We have been doing some investigating on our end to see what we can do to find out what the problem maybe. Obviously there are going to be standard issues that come up with dealing with the postal service, such as misrouting of packages that may cause significant delays. Unfortunately we have discovered something that maybe a bigger factor in these delays. Ukrainian customs seems to be rejecting or holding a lot of our orders recently. DHL has provided a few examples of packages that were rejected by customs. Unfortunately customs does not give us a reason or a specific product that may have caused the package to be rejected. As soon as they packages as returned we will be going through them to see if can find out more details or patterns to what has caused the issue. We will be refunding the customers orders when they are returned as well. We are still working to make sure we can offer the best value and offer a reliable delivery service to Ukraine and we hope to get a handle on all these issues shortly.

И лично меня он не устраивает. Опять таможня виновата. Бедная наша таможня. Наверно, то что посылки в Уганду укатили тоже виновата наша таможня.
И мою посылочку с двумя умывалками для лица тоже наверно наша злая таможня задержала. Бред.
