I think they are lost. I understand that for packages sent by this method of delivery you are not responsible, but would you be so kind to make an exception for your vip-client? Is it possible to expect on refund. You can check my order history - it is my only second claim for total refund, because till this time all my orders have come in time. We apologize for the unusual delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately since International Airmail with delivery packages are not trackable we are unable to see the current status of your package. It is very possible that your package has been delayed by customs, had unforeseen issues with your postal service, or has even been returned to us due to a problem. It is not unheard of for a package to take as much as 12 weeks to be delivered. We thank you for your patience.

Ok, So i can't make more orders, because too many of them are lost. I can't advertise Iherb to my friends. What is the difference betwen 3 earlier orders, that have been refunded and this two?

It is not uncommon to take as much as 12 weeks to arrive
As noted on the site we do not offer refunds for lost orders
However, at that time of the other orders it was done as a one time courtesy to you
