Payment pending у Back order'А
Уже несколько дней на back order висит статус "
Payment pending" (возможно, в самом начале денег на карте не было, но теперь они есть).
Писала по шаблону в тех. поддержку:
Dear, Victoria's Secret,
I hope, now I have enough money on my credit card. Could you try again to obtain authorization, please. My customer number: 199362299, my order number: 565608290.
Thank you.
На что мне ответили:
Thank you, so much, for taking the time to contact us. You’ve asked us to reprocess your recent order. It is my privilege to respond to you personally.
As requested, I will attempt to obtain authorization from your Visa for this order. I assure you that you will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.
If we are unable to obtain authorization, I regret that we would have to cancel your order.
If you would like to check on your order, reply to this email or contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-475-1935 or 1-937-438-4197 (outside the U.S. and Canada).
I kindly ask that you allow 2 to 4 hours before contacting us to confirm that the second authorization has processed.

Ничего не изменилось, что мне делать? Помогите, пожалуйста. А то у меня в бэкордере нижняя часть купальника
