To complete the verification process, please confirm the six digit authorization code for this transaction. This code is specific to, and references the pending transaction. The authorization code can only be obtained by calling the card issuing bank via the phone number on the back of the card. Most card issuers will provide this information to the cardholder upon verifying their identity. Please reply to this email or directly to

Unfortunately, not all banks have access to, or decline to disclose the authorization code. If you are unable to provide this to us, we will require via email or fax, a copy of the credit card and photo ID. To fax your information, dial 608-270-3934 and include your order number. To email your information, please send it as a JPG or PDF attachment in a reply to this email or directly to
[email protected]. You may scan it, or take a picture with a cell phone or digital camera.
For your security, Shopbop.com strongly recommends that you never send anyone your entire credit card number or date of birth. Before sending the requested information, please blackout any middle 4 digits on your credit card, and the date of birth and ID number on your identification card.
Once your information is received and verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has begun processing. This type of verification is typically a onetime requirement and will prevent delays with future orders. Please note, the information you send, will be permanently deleted or shredded as required by law.
If we do not receive the requested information, or you do not contact Shopbop within 3 business days from the date of order placement, then your order will be canceled.
